Plastic surgery isn't something that you have to admit to. It should be done for the person not the public. What they should notice is that she is more confident and happy with herself.

I agree with you Jayden, I would never have thought that Tiny would have had plastic surgery. To answer your question I would not be surprised if there are a good number who have had it but won't admit to it. I think that I would admit it if I had plastic surgery but maybe that would change if I was famous.

Hey Bob, I would agree that celebrities are trend setter & they should be able to make their own decisions; unless of course they're under-age. I didn't know that anyone can get plastic surgery now. That's great news, I'll have to let me friend know. She's been wanting to get plastic surgery for years, she only thought celebrities could have it done. She's going to be so happy.
