I wonder if getting a tummy tuck would be worth it. I have heard of so many celebrities that have done it, and they look great now. I wonder if they leave big ugly scars across your belly. I would do it in a heart beat if I knew that it wasn't going to.

As the article stated it should be a last resort after exercise. If it isn't then it will just come back. It is a great tool for those that can't get the last little bit they want for themselves.

I've been working out and eating healthy for about eight months now. I have lost about 30 pounds, but I still have a few more pounds that are being very stubborn. Maybe liposuction or a tummy tuck could help get rid of it. I want to wear a bikini again!
