The cosmetics industry and fashion industry should be ashamed of themselves and they should ban reconstructive surgery if the end results are the above pics because about 90% of them look like crap and it's only going to cause more angst to the apparent image distortions these people suffer from to begin with. Barbie isn't perfect and if you're fat, you're beautiful, if you're too skinny, you're still beautiful but if you're fake, you're ugly. who are these people going to? back alley cheap surgeons? they look like hell and I'm sorry for saying that because even I have so much I hate about myself, but if you can't learn to live with it then you're only lying to yourself and making someone rich that is making you look like an 1800's circus "freak".

I actually think Marie Osmond is beautiful I don't see anything "shocking" she's not overdone to the point she looks like something out of a horror movie.
