Surgery should only be an option once everything else is thought of. Permanently changing your body is a very big deal and shouldn't be taken lightly. It can make people look great though.

It seems that Lipo and tummy tucks are different things, and shouldn't neccisarily be compared. Lipo seems more in the moment, getting those last few inches off. Tummy tucks seem for future prevention.

I guess everyone approaches cosmetic surgery differently. I think I like the celebrities that bluntly say it. They don't seem to be hiding it.

I didn't know there was that much diversity in the procedures. I actually had the impression that a tummy tuck and lipo were the same thing .Thanks for sharing this. I'm glad you made sure to point out that it is something to consider after everything else fails.
