First of all Wendy not all Black Women are scared of plastic surgery. Most of us are do not need it,. I am a 43 Yr old black woman with two children in their 20"s and I have been mistaken for looking like I am in my 20"s. I was also taught to embrace my curves and I have also told my daughter the same thing.

I feel like plastic surgery is a personal decision. Everyone should be confident and happy with what they have. If what they have doesn't make them happy it should be their right to change it to what they think looks good. The key is to not get carried away because you still want to look like yourself.
