Makeup can really do dramatic things to change the appearance of your face. My wife can make herself look totally different, just from the makeup she uses. I've seen Nicki Minaj without her crazy makeup and she looks like a normal girl. Even if she did have plastic surgery, it wouldn't make her look as extreme as she does with all of her makeup on.

I have to agree with Andre on this one. The choice to get plastic surgery is a personal one. If she is happy with the way she looks without surgery, then good for her. If she got the surgery, but feels it is a choice that is personal enough to not tell others about, then good for her. I respect anyone that make the decision to go with whatever makes them the happiest, whether it is staying the way they are or making a change.

Well said. Either way, plastic surgery is to give people more confidence. There are also a lot of procedures that improve quality of life, not just aesthetic appeal. It's an extremely broad field.

One of my friends is getting laser vein treatment. Not quite plastic surgery, but cosmetic just the same. One of my friends just got it, and she's much more willing to show her legs now.
