I've always wondered which was better, liposuction or tummy tucks? I also used to have a six pack. Bearing children has a way of destroying your body. I really want my body back, but I don't want to resort to surgery. I've been trying to eat better and exercise, but I need a little something to help me get my old body back. I need to do a little more research before making a final decision.

I think it's great that you are trying to be fit the natural way. I think it is always better to do it that way, and if you can't lost the weight you want then you can look into liposuction. For me, I've always thought of it as a last resort.

It is interesting to see the differences between a tummy tuck and liposuction. I really like that liposuction can remove fat cells though. These seem to be the real source of most weight loss problems.

I've considered getting a liposuction done, but I'm not entirely sure whether or not I should. I am very comfortable with my body as it is, I just wish that I wasn't so chubby around my stomach. How does liposuction work? How fast do you get results?
